We drove down and they graciously put the car on reserve that day we went. We worked with Jim Herrin in the pre-owned sales dept. (among a number of other helpful individuals we appreciate along with Jim leading up to our visit to Tulsa including Tim, Anna, and Bill). Jim was superb and worked to accommodate our needs and requests, administering excellent customer service.
