Patti our sales associate bought us Toyota shirts out of her own pocket just to say thank you for our buisness.. also they were very honest and upfront (we had done a lot of research before we went both times so we were well educated) and worked with us on price ect. You can really tell they actually like helping ppl and genuienly care. Very very please with every aspect of purchasing our vehicles here at Jim Norton Toyota! Also the facility is beautiful! More
