The shop was closed on Sunday and Monday for the holiday -backed up on Tuesday and finally went into for servoxe and detail on Wednesday. Got to pick up the truck wednesday evening. While dissappointing that it took so long, Todd was great to work with and kept me updated thru calls and text messages along the way. Appreciate the communication amd a great place to do business with. Very plesent expereince. Great with the kids thru the process as well! More

Joe( salesman) Joe was excellent and helped me trade the car I recently traded for which was a Highlander and was able to get me into an Edge that I truly love!!!! T Joe was excellent and helped me trade the car I recently traded for which was a Highlander and was able to get me into an Edge that I truly love!!!! The only thing that I don't like is I was told it wouldn't be a problem, if I decided after taking car home, that they would tint my front two windows to match the others on the Edge. I called back and he said he had to check with manager and then I was never told when to bring it in for the tint. Other than that! All else exceptional and Joe was the best in trying to please me with the trade. Robert the loan officer was incredible as well as the sales manager... yet I still am waiting to hear when I can get the windows tinted like they said they would do for me upon trading Highlander for my Edge... if that will happen and I get the tint they allowed me on the day I bought it, I'll be so so happy!!!! Please let me know when I can bring it in. The sun comes through and makes the car very hot in our months of summer in Oklahoma. More
