Great experience at first...and good followup My original review: I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle from a big dealership. I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and kne My original review: I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle from a big dealership. I had already researched the vehicle I wanted and knew all about the invoice and MSRP prices. I knew exactly how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle and they surprised me. They were able to meet me at my price point even with adding the maintenance and extended warranty. I was very pleased with my experience and will recommend them to my friends and family who are looking for new vehicles. I was very impressed with the waiting area which was nice and clean. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was friendly and willing to help with anything. Update (July 2016): I have had nothing but "the run around" and "I'll call you back" trying to get another key for this vehicle. I have yet to receive a phone call back regarding this key and I've been trying to get it for months. It only had one key when I bought it because "they lost it at the dealership." Turns out, the vehicle was a repossession and they didn't tell me. I'm also disappointed at how misleading both Todds were regarding the maintenance and warranty packages. According to them at the time, "everything" was covered. I was not the only person who heard that and questioned it. Now, turns out "everything" is really not everything. So, lesson learned: Don't listen to a word the salesperson or finance person tells you and only purchase the warranty and maintenance package if you think you need it. Update July 25, 2016: Todd Roberts was able to take care of the key issue. Todd was great in making sure all of the details were taken care of so I could get the new key Saturday morning. I now have two keys for my vehicle. I'm back to being a satisfied customer thanks to Todd Roberts, Thad Bond, Jared in Parts and the Service Department! I will also add that most of the people I have dealt with at the dealership are kind and courteous and the waiting area is impeccable! More
