He was pleasant and not pushy, which was very important to us. After about 3 months, we were ready to make a decision and decided to take advantage of the great incentives Jim Norton offered on Black Friday. We called and asked Agustin if he would be able to meet us on the New lot because he was the main reason we had chosen to return to Jim Norton instead of buying elsewhere. Good salesman are hard to come by! We were very pleased with the service he provided and couldn't have asked for a better day at Jim Norton. He pulled the truck into the service bays so that we didn't have to be out in the rain with our baby and accommodated us extremely well. It's Safe for my daughter (who is 3 and still in a car seat), has leather (also important for anyone w/ kids) and almost all the other bells and whistles... keeping in mind there were more options but I only got what I needed plus a little more... And I got a phenomenal deal on the car and the extended warranties all thanks to the help of Joe Forler and Nick Jones! They really care about their customers and prove it with their actions! I live in Aurora, CO and could not find the Tundra Limited I was looking for anywhere in the state. I did an online search and found the vehicle I was looking for at Jim Norton in Tulsa, OK. Working with "Dee" in Internet sales was a pleasure. I was able to add a couple options and agree a reasonable price via email and phone. They had my truck ready over the weekend. I sold my 4Runner in Colorado on Monday and flew to Tulsa on Tuesday. I was met at the airport by "Corey" who helped me complete the rest of the deal. Corey was very friendly, knowledgable, and respectful of my time. The Jim Norton office is the largest and best looking dealership I have ever seen.... I mean they have a huge waterfall in the reception area! Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone....even someone (like me) who has to drive their new vehicle 11 hours back home. ;-) More
