Wonderful Experience Let me start off by saying , Jim Norton Toyota is THE BEST dealership I have ever visited. My situation had been denied numerous times by other heart Let me start off by saying , Jim Norton Toyota is THE BEST dealership I have ever visited. My situation had been denied numerous times by other heartless dealerships only because with my situation (trading a vehicle w/negative equity) required a little work. I called in , and got transferred to my salesman Stephen , I told him about my situation and he got right to work. We stayed in contact the entire time with continuous communication about my status. I came in two days later , with the deal already done and finalized! I test drove the vehicle Stephen picked out for me (which was more than perfect in reference to my needs and what I wanted in a vehicle) , I fell in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it , It was clean inside, smelled nice, and full of gas ready for me to test drive. Stephen was very informative of the vehicle and its features , and even explained to me the main differences between my trade in and the new car I was purchasing. Then we headed to financing, which was a very smooth process, we worked with Sean who knows exactly what he is doing and is very informative on the financial end as well. Sean explained everything that I needed to know and answered every question I had and even went into great detail of the questions that I asked. After that, we walked outside to a very shiny , clean , loaded 2015 Camry in which detail did a WONDERFUL job on.
