We came in on a Saturday so that I could test drive the 2015 Camry LE. Agustin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy and we loved that about him. We let him know were were not ready to purchase until the following week. Over the next week I emailed him several times asking about a Camry that I saw on the website. He was very quick to get back with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. We came back the following week because we had made an appointment with him. When we got to the dealership, Agustin was helping some customers that needed a translator. ( I TOTALLY understood - I work in the medical field and we only have one translator at my office who I work directly with) So, Agustin immediately got another one of his co-workers to help us out. He introduced us to Todd and let us know he would be helping us and not to worry because he was a great guy! AGAIN, we were NOT disappointed. Todd was just as helpful as Agustin! Together they made our experience FANTASTIC! I would recommend this dealership and especially these two men to anyone looking to buy a new car!! TOP NOTCH IN OUR OPINION! They listened to our needs and concerns in buying a car. My wife and I came into Jim Norton to have the oil change done to our Toyota Camry. We looked at several new and used cars on the lot. We decided to test drive a Toyota Venza for the first time. We really had not paid too much attention to this vehicle when it came out. The wife and I fell in love with it. The Venza XLE loaded is the car for us. With the Camry wheelbase and V6 power, and all the bells and whistles, it rides like a dream. The mile per gallon is also something we were looking for in a SUV type vehicle. We have a daughter 14 years old that plays competitive softball and we travel all over the middle part of the US during the spring, summer, and fall months. The Camry has served us well but has become to small. The Venza touring machine is the car for us. We test drove a used one and thought we would be satisfied with a used car. However, we wanted to buy a new one instead of someone else's leased vehicle. Looking at are finances we could not bring ourselves to buy a car at this time. The people at Jim Norton were very patient and understanding with us. We took up lots of their time and personnel but did not buy a car. We are practical people and do not rush into spontaneous decisions on expensive purchases. The plan is endure one more year in the Camry, pay the Camry off early, give it to one of our kids. By fall of 2016 we would have saved enough to but large chunk of money down on a new car that we are excited to buy, a 2017 Toyota Venza XLE. I want to thank Darrell Brown - Finance Director - for his understanding and help through our anxiety as well as the Jim Norton new and used car family. I know that even after this post that we will get a fair price, good and fair service when we buy the Venza next fall. More

We were initially going to go to Little Rock, Arkansas to purchase because a dealership there had one on the lot, but that dealership changed their online price from what we initially found so we decided to try Jim Norton. I negotiated the price by phone with Hans and had the truck ordered. I met with Nick in finance to pay my deposit, and Richard kept me informed of the delivery status. We only waited about a week. Nick wasn't available on the day of our delivery so we finished the paperwork with Kyle. Everyone was great to deal with, and the whole process was very easy. Richard was there way past closing to explain all of the truck's features to us before we took it home. The truck didn't have the add-ons completed when we took delivery, but they were able to get them done the following week (predator steps and spray-on bedliner). We had a great experience at Jim Norton Toyota and would recommend. More
