He is very knowledgeable of his product and patient in dealing with his customers. You get a feeling that he really cares in what type of car you are interested. He dealt with us over a period of 3+ months with no high pressure of any kind. He answered all our questions and gave us specific information that ultimately helped us acquire the car we wanted. I would recommend Robert to anyone who wanted to buy a car! I also want to single out Brian Smith for all that he did for us in the Finance area.
