He also acquired a Good Will repair for my Yaris after the warranty period was up--about a month, so that I could get the repair done ASAP instead of waiting on Toyota to respond back. Adam was also conscious of my costs and my time which I appreciated. I received a loner car so that I could be on my way quickly with everything completed the next day.
