My wife and I were looking to purchase a Toyota 4Runner. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable about the model we were looking at and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I began coming to Jim Norton Toyota shortly after buying a 1996 Camry (new) from Crow Toyota. Buying a car is just the first step, maintenance goes on for years and I wasn't satisfied with Crow's maintenan a 1996 Camry (new) from Crow Toyota. Buying a car is just the first step, maintenance goes on for years and I wasn't satisfied with Crow's maintenance service. So I came to Jim Norton and have been very satisfied with their service department ever since. After giving my Camry to my son, I went to Norton in 2004 to buy a 2000 Corolla. Now in 2013 back again to look for another car. I was fortunate to meet Derek Brown who helped me with my search. He asked me what I specifically wanted and I told him exactly - a 4 door sedan Toyota and I wanted to stay with Norton for maintenance service. In my price range, there were only two 4 door sedans, one had been sold. So he suggested a Suzuki that was in stock. We took it for a test drive and pushed every button to make sure all the locks worked, the windows worked, the windshield wipers, etc. The car would suit my needs but I was still concerned about the maintenance and where to go. Derek said Suzuki was a Japanese make and Jim Norton could service it. So I purchased it and am enjoying driving it. It was a pleasure to work with Derek. He was easy to converse with, keyed in on my needs and was patient and responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a car. Will Franklin was also easy to work with on financing the car. Very good at explaining all the details of financing. There were a number of other salesmen that stopped by and chatted with me whenever Derek left to discuss details with his manager. It was a friendly, comfortable atmosphere which is not always found these days. Jim Norton staff is certainly customer oriented. More
