We had previously bought our Toyota Camry at Jim Norton 10 years ago and it was a great car, so when the time came to get a different vehicle Jim Norton was the first place that we went to and we meet Will 10 years ago and it was a great car, so when the time came to get a different vehicle Jim Norton was the first place that we went to and we meet William. William introduced himself asked if he could help us look or answer any questions. Me & the hubby weren't exactly ready to deal with someone just yet, wanted just to browse and look at what was out these days, it had been awhile since we had looked at anything. William respected us by giving us our time to talk & look and wasn't following us around and saying something about every car we looked in. We came across a Toyota Sienna that caught our eye & we started to have some questions so we got William. We ended up wanting a Sienna SE in the dark grey color, there wasn't any on the lot but that didn't stop William from hunting down exactly what we wanted. We got the minivan yesterday!!! The whole family loves it! Plus I don't feel at all like a "soccer mom"! The best part of buying this car was William, he was never trying to over sale us or (what I hate most) ask a million personal questions about us and then pretend he has total interest in whatever we say!
