Norton has been a long time name in Tulsa auto sales so must do something right. However my experience lacked a lot I was given 3 different window sticker prices for car interested in but at their OKC sto must do something right. However my experience lacked a lot I was given 3 different window sticker prices for car interested in but at their OKC store. I noticed cars on lot had about $2800 added to one for things like paint sealant. One car had paint sealant on factory sticker plus again on added dealer price. Never met anyone in management. My sales person was great guy who worked hard for us but was new and didn’t know some things. Car was not ready at our pickup time and several hours went back and forth while they got it ready after having 3 days to do so. Left no time and salesman wore out so training on all new gadgets was pretty slim. 30 days later we have no title. We had wired funds before delivery. I hope management wakes up to their way of doing biz. They have again long history, great location and can do better. Hope they will. If so I would try them again. More

Salesman seemed uninterested when arriving and during transaction.
