Parts department repeatedly gave the wrong battery part numbers. I had to leave, go home, and research the Toyota part numbers myself, and inform Jeff the very nice service tech so he could relay the corre numbers. He emailed back and said I was correct and that they had it in stock. I went online and purchased said battery from Norton. A few hours later I came in to pick it up and was told I could not have it. Stated I am having surgery next day and needed it to get to the hospital. All they said was rules and stared at me. The day after my surgery while still in pain came back in to the parts department Saturday the 23rd. One guy asked how I was since I obviously looked terrible, told him just had surgery and had to come back in because they wouldn't give me the part Thursday. The parts lady Mandy who must have thought my pain and situation hilarious, laughed and said I bet you won't make that mistake again. You have to wait until WE are ready, not just because we have it ready. I said well that should be changed, she again laughed and said good luck with that. Tired of the abuse I informed her that I go to church with Jim Norton and see what I could do. She again laughing at me said you go do that and put me on ignore talking to another employee like I wasn't even there. More

During initial discussions regarding the reason for being in the facility, I mentioned to Kevin about a problem with my nav/ audio/ etc screen. Specifically, the return button on the weather app. He mentioned his techs were not available due to the timing of the day; 4:15pm. No problem, but when I mentioned this was a reoccurring problem after a recent replacement, he indicated it couldn't be. I asked if he could see when I brought my vehicle in for this fix and he abruptly said it wasn't in the screen he was in and did not offer to go to the other screen . He just said bring it in another time. (Rude and poor customer service). I have been a customer of Jim Norton for many years. I will come back in but will ask not to be sent to Kevin. Also, your website should be revised to advise customers that although it states you are open to 7:00pm, in reality, the techs leave at 5:00pm. (Per Kevin). One more thing; when I returned to pick up my vehicle, no one advised me of any future recommendations or what was found or not found during the multipoint inspection. Sure wish Mike Bower was still working there. Guess I might have to switch to Infinity after all these years. More

Brought the car in during a very busy afternoon, only to find out they were backed up. Talked to Mike Bowers, a service advisor told him what the problem was.
