Harassment After purchasing a vehicle at a different dealership (they had what I wanted) I was sent harassing text messages from the sales person I dealt with. Went beyond my automotive needs I have been friends with those in the service department for many years. Recently I needed an estimate on work that needed completed and was told to b I have been friends with those in the service department for many years. Recently I needed an estimate on work that needed completed and was told to bring it in. While I was there I talked to Rich Penn about an event I was working on that would need a scorer to evaluate some automotive students in a competition. Rich wanted to know how he could help not only did he volunteer but asked one of his technicians to help also. To help with this and do a fair estimate on a repair to my vehicle gives me every reason to continue to recommend their service department. So I would like to thank Rich and Jim again for help at my event. Rich told me that he would be honored to help with the event again next year. More
