The most recent one, they In the 5 years I have owned my Caravan, I've used the warranty twice. Both times I had to fight to make them accountable. The most recent one, they ripped me off by not completing the repair the first time, then charged me the warranty deductible a second time. I had to pay it to get my car back. And they refused me a loaner though they had my car a total of 3 days. After the 2nd day they used the excuse that the car was technically drivable and that they could put it together for me to take home overnight as long as I had it back at the latest by 9am the next day so they could complete the work. I complained to the sales manager and he allowed us to use a dealer demo on the 3rd day. The manager Rich is completely dishonest and petty. I believe he denied the rental because I had forced them to do the previous warranty request a couple years before. He mentioned that incident twice during the discussions on this repair. This is how they treat repeat customers. More

Although our used sale person was nice, every other aspect of this experience was awful. We even brought the car back the next day because we were unhappy with the service. Our salesperson, Carlos, who was new to the dealership and even questioned some of the issues. One issue, the car I purchased had no gas in it. The dealerships policy is that only fill the tank up half way, REALLY!! When the car I am trading in has almost a full tank. #2 issue: when signing financial paper financial guy added a warranty in my payment without telling me. I caught it just in time. Their excuse, he was a part-time working and wasn't aware of my situation. That is not how you should conduct business. There is not even enough room to tell you about my recent service experience. I just want to say I will never buy another car from this dealership and will tell everyone I know in my jeep owner association about this dealer. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I bought my car, I would not have gotten from MICK'S North Hills!!!!!! More
Just bought another Jeep from Micks Why is it easier to complain then to give accolades? I wrote a review a little while back when my wife and I purchased a '14 Grand Cherokee from Mick Why is it easier to complain then to give accolades? I wrote a review a little while back when my wife and I purchased a '14 Grand Cherokee from Micks. I'm back...this time we helped our daughter with her purchase of a used Grand Cherokee. I'll try to be brief, and I did say try. My daughter started her search for a used GC with under 20k miles and feverishly scoured the internet for any local dealers with something on the lot. Unknown to me, she did find one at another dealer, (not disclosing the name, ___ Auto Park), and went out for a test drive. My wife went with her and talk about a snake oil salesman, a complete shyster, an absolute insult to anyone who has ever been in sales. You get my point! I proceeded to call Jeff and shared what my daughter found. Again, Jeff went above and beyond, reviewed the vehicle options and specs asked questions that were relative to my daughters buying motivations and then said he has something waiting to be detailed and put into inventory, a lease return, and wanted to call me back. I heard from Jeff within the hour and what he had was a gently used GC, all service records, under 20k miles, and in black (our preferred color choice). I said we'd be out. The GC was cleaned up and ready to test drive. Joe, the salesman from our previous purchase was waiting for us to arrive and had everything ready to go, so off with the drive. The Jeep was great, clean inside, almost flawless outside. Now, it was going to need to fit into our daughters budget. Jeff and Joe worked things out so in the end everyone was happy and my daughter had the vehicle she's wanted for a long time. I've owned a lot of vehicles and I have to say, when I'm looking for my next Jeep I will without a doubt be calling on Jeff and Joe. These two have gone beyond selling me a car and pulling the "close and run" routine and ended up creating a trusted customer who already gave them repeat business. If you keep and open mind and go in with the understanding that your lowest number and their highest number are more than likely unrealistic you just might find that you can meet somewhere in the middle to create a win-win situation. It's not rocket science, it's the simple fact of buying a car these days. More
Truth in advertising...NOT! Bought my Ram 1500 there a little over a month ago. Needed oil service and received an ad that they are open Saturdays 8 am to 4pm and you don't need Bought my Ram 1500 there a little over a month ago. Needed oil service and received an ad that they are open Saturdays 8 am to 4pm and you don't need an appointment for an oil change. So I set my alarm, drove the 40 minutes to get there and arrived early. The wonderful man at the service desk then informed me I should have made an appointment and it would be an hour and a half to get my truck in. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE!!! He explained to me that they only have 3 people working on Saturdays and I would have to wait. A much for truth in advertising. More
Worst service advisors ever Service department is awful. I got service there twice. Neither time during the service or after the service did the advisors explain anything to me Service department is awful. I got service there twice. Neither time during the service or after the service did the advisors explain anything to me. They gave my paperwork to the cashier and walked away. They didn't even ask me if I had questions. I had to chase them down to ask basic questions about my service. The second time I was getting recall service and my check engine light was one. They charged me $95 diagnose the problem and told me I had to upgrade my software which they always do free with service. So if I brought my car in just for the recall they'd have upgraded the software fixing my check engine light for free however since I asked about the check engine light I got charged the $95 diagnosis fee. My wife and I are without a doubt Jeep enthusiasts. We were looking at the new Grand Cherokee for almost a year before taking the plunge and buying a new vehicle. Joe was our salesperson, he gave us our were looking at the new Grand Cherokee for almost a year before taking the plunge and buying a new vehicle. Joe was our salesperson, he gave us our space, didn't smother us with useless information that wasn't relative or important to us as customers. We demoed a few models before setting our minds on Jeff's (one of the GSM's) demo vehicle. As most experiences go here came the sticker shock...and I do mean shock. How the h*ll did cars become so expensive? You'll give me what for my trade? I remember when....and blah, blah, blah. Jeff overheard us talking with Joe and offered a few alternatives that would put a new GC back into what we imagined fitting into our budget. They we're trying all kinds of scenarios and looking out 250miles at other dealers inventory to make it happen. Nothing fit. Nobody had what we needed to make it happen. My wife's frustration increasing, and I could tell. I focused back on Jeff's demo vehicle and started negotiating directly with him. This wasn't intended to remove Joe from the process, he was there and involved, Jeff had the time to work with us and I appreciated that. We went round and round until we finally had a win-win situation, each of us giving up something. The dealership made money, we saved money. Jeff got creative on the financing options and in the end we drove off with a new GC, an award winning buying experience, and a smile on our face. Now, for those people who are mumbling something about Micks burying points on the back end of our financing. During our test drive we stopped at PNC to see what the current rates were on new vehicles in our loan size and term length so we would know if Micks rate was legit or not...it was. We didn't feel like we lost money on our trade, or that we paid too much for the GC. Keep in mind this didn't happen in 30 minutes either, it took us a few hours to complete this process as it probably should. It was a major purchase, we needed it to fit a budget, and we weren't going to be impulsive and overextend ourselves no matter how much we liked the Jeep. By the way, we LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Takeaway from this long review....sometimes you really do get what you put out there. It's easier to complain than to give compliments. I read far too many negative posts and in my experience if you treat someone with respect you get respect in return. Walking into a place of business and talking at people with an expectation, entitlement, or preconceived notion of "this and that" is like spitting into the wind. Why would you spit into the wind? Jeff, Joe - Thanks again for the top-notch customer service. More

Stopped in to talk about a purchase/lease of a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I'm a current Jeep Liberty owner and have experience and knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler I was tired of enjoying everyone elses and want one Wrangler. I'm a current Jeep Liberty owner and have experience and knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler I was tired of enjoying everyone elses and want one of my own! I had done my research and had been at a different dealer but micks is closer to my house so I wanted to see what they would offer me. I walked in and was greated with a smile from Craig, as soon as I told him I wanted to look and talk about the wrangler his attitude changed. He quickly walked me to a patriot and told me this would be the perfect small suv with great gas mileage for me. I told him that i already owned a liberty and wanted to look at the wranglers and did not want to look at the patriot. He continued to try and sell me the patriot and again told him that I was not here to look at that vehicle. At this point he told me Jeep does not lease wranglers and for me to buy one I would have to have 15,000 down payment to be able to afford one. This is false information and this guy did not even know anything about me or how much I had to spend!! As fas as I'm concerned Craig did not want to even talk to me about buying a wrangler. I feel that I was treated as a dumb female from him, I will not going back. I should have had him show me how to take the soft top down I'm sure he had no idea how to do it!! More
I bought a brand new Jeep from this place...at first the dealership was nice and friendly and all. but once you have the car you're on your own. The last few services were oil problem. I manage to ask Rich dealership was nice and friendly and all. but once you have the car you're on your own. The last few services were oil problem. I manage to ask Rich if i can speak with the owner of the corp Mick. He was away and all that. I said ill wait for his return. Oh no you're better off leaving the message with me for him. I refused. I got the lawyer to send him a letter to allow me speak to him. No answer. What kind of an owner that does not respond to customers? If i were the owner of this car lot i'd listen to my customer knowing my reputation is on the line. Well after that i filed with lemon lawsuit. and its a horrible situation of going back and forth even under warranty and pocket some money as well. Its too much to bear plus the danger of getting hurt on oil breakdown with car behind us. we re getting a good change to get hit due to breakdown. Its sickening and tired of this lack of repair being not done just look and take apart and put it back together? come on put a darn new crap on will ya? Oh yeah they blame it on you rather than accepting its their fault. well with all this recall im getting in the mail to have it replace i should have known. Well Mick i had a friend at work who was planning on to buy a car from your lot that is until i told him of my experience. He decline and went elsewhere. you just lost thousands of dollars all bec you didn't come out of your woodwork to speak to me face to face coward. You're not a true salesman owner. I know one when i see one. don't waste your time playing charity case clubs to cover your bad reputation. it wont work when you refuse to see your customer face to face. NEVER will i buy another car from your dealership, not even if you were the last one on the earth. I'd eat dirt first. You and your employee's could give a rat's a** about customers as long you pocket the 1st buy. I ll continue to preach my experience with my co workers, friends and family. You in the end will lose money bec you lack the respect for customers. More
