I have nothing but praise for the Jim Tidwell Ford Service Department. We began coming here in 2023. On April 24, 2025, Justin, Service Advisor, took care of our our 2020 Ford Escape. I was there to Service Department. We began coming here in 2023. On April 24, 2025, Justin, Service Advisor, took care of our our 2020 Ford Escape. I was there to get an oil change and tire rotation. The tech completed a multi-point inspection and found our battery was near expiration and tested poorly. Shortly thereafter we had a fully serviced vehicle and a new battery so we can travel with confidence. Another great job done by the crew at Jim Tidwell Ford. More
