I have nothing but praise for Jim Tidwell Ford Service Department. Michael Guittar, Service Advisor checked me in for a regular service and inspection. My Technician contacted me by text and told me I had a couple of additional issues. Both issues were important to me so I approved the repairs electronically and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I drive a 2006 Ford-F150 and was no longer welcome at another area dealer that won't service any vehicle over 10 years old. I have med my truck and my 2020 Ford Escape over to Jim Tidwell Ford where they actually care about their clients’ needs. We appreciate this dealership! More
