This is the second car we purchased from this dealership and the experience is always positive. They really helped me out with my pervious car, the Golf GL, when the engine hood latch failed and I was heading out on a driving trip to Canada. They fit me in to their service schedule at the last minute and fixed it the night before I had to leave. I was SOOOO grateful for their assistance in accommodating my emergency. All in all, we have had good experiences with this dealership on both the sales and service side and would recommend them. More

We saw the listing for the Audi we wanted online and immediately called Wynn to see if it was still available. We talked to Ben Cook and arranged to come test drive it the same day. Ben greeted us at the dealership and accompanied us on the test drive - letting us drive his regular route around Norristown, and on the highway, which I requested. Ben was great in every way. Even though he sells VWs, he knew plenty about the Audi and had an answer to almost every one of our questions. We never felt pressured about the car ... even though he did mention another buyer was coming later that night for a second look. We decided to buy the car on the spot, and even though the price was already really good, Ben was able to lower it a little so we felt more comfortable. Throughout the whole process, he always seemed up-front, honest and very willing to help and make the experience hassle-free and enjoyable -- and he did!! He's a young guy but he's got great interpersonal skills and not only did we love the car, but we felt really good about buying it from him. Even after the sale, he's been in touch to make sure everything is going ok, which is nice. I knew the make of VW that I wanted and Simo patiently explained in a clear manner all of the features and also explained all options available to me. I have also dealt with the service department at Wynne and I found the repairs done to my older VW have been performed in a competent manner; onced again, I believe they are an honest dealership. I would highly recommend looking up Simo if you are considering a VW. Simo explains the features of a VW and he allows you to make a decision with no pressue whatsoever. I can honestly say that I have been to local Nissan and Toyota dealerships, who also offer an excellent product, but the pressure and nonsense I had to put up with were unbelievable. I had no problem sending my daughter to see Simo and she was very happy with the experience and her new Jetta. More
