Jim Wynn Volkswagen

I had just totaled my 2006 Volkswagon Beetle and was very upset. I wanted another Bug but was very unsure of myself. I had had all of my service done at Jim Wynn for my previous Bug and had always found the upset. I wanted another Bug but was very unsure of myself. I had had all of my service done at Jim Wynn for my previous Bug and had always found the people at the dealership to be friendly, honest, trustworthy, and they were always looking out for my best interests. While everyone and their brother were telling NOT to get another Bug, Jim Wynn was the first dealership I went to after the insurance company told me they were paying me $11,000 for my totaled car. I met Bob Pasquarrello on Saturday morning and he helped me feel immediately at ease. I knew, almost immediately, that I was going to buy from him. We walked around the lot for a bit, and, sure enough, I found my new Bug! The ease of purchase, the deal I received and the fun of the Final Edition, convertible Bug that I bought was awesome! Bob, and the rest of the Jim Wynn staff made me feel respected as a customer and part of the Jim Wynn "family". I know I will return for service with my Bug for as long as I own it, and I plan on owning this one, hopefully, for a very long time. I would most assuredly recommend Jim Wynn to all my friends, family, and associates at Aetna Insurance (where I work) for new car consideration and for service needs. Oh, did I mention, I love my Bug!!!!! I could not be more satisfied with all aspects of buying a new car from Jim Wynn (especially with the interaction I had with Bob and, unfortunately, I don't remember the lady's name who did the paperwork with me). And, I know from prior experience, the excellent work done by Jim Wynn's service department, will keep me coming back for all my service needs.
