I drove from out of state on an icy Saturday and got there a bit early and they adjusted appointment time. I will note that when I initially submitted an email inquiry through the carfax site, I did not receive a response- not sure 'which end' that failed on- but I called dealership direct later that day and everyone was very responsive from that point forward. I worked with Matt and Lisa. Highly recommend them. More
