I had some previous experience with Simo when we purchased 2 other cars from the dealership. My car buying experience this time was easy. I knew what I wanted to see and test drive. The car was available and we took it for a ride. The entire transaction was painless. Everything about the paperwork associated with buying the car was explained. When all the papers were signed and I had the keys in hand, Simo took the time to go over the basics of the car. Everything from how to adjust the seat, to where to check and add fluids under hood was covered. Simo is an excellent sales person. He always says hello even when we stop in for service. I would highly recommend SImo! More
