The van was very well detailed, and from the moment we decided to buy the van to the moment we drove off in it was no more than an hour. The paperwork was handled expertly, and Scott provided meaningful information about the van and how it was maintained. He obviously did his homework. It was nice to work with a salesperson who actually read the Carfax report and knew the vehicle's service record, and knew why the van was such a good value. Also, AD, the sales manager, took time to shake my hand and offer us a Visa Prepaid Card as thanks for buying from them. Very professional, efficient, yet friendly.
