They had someone pick me up from the airport, which is 2 hours away & drove me back to the dealership. I thought it couldn't get any better, but it did. Eric Luke was a terrific salesman. He helped me program my car functions, Internet service, On-stage, & a couple of other things. I drove the car back from Georgia to New Jersey. If you were to ask me if I would do it again-without hesitation, I would say ABSOLUTELY. It was a great experience. More

We were searching for a specific car, not in a big rush to find it, and knowing that finding the exact car we wanted would be difficult. After weeks of checking the online car buying web sites, we found our car at Jimmy Britt. It was seven hours away from us, but it was the one we wanted, and advertised at a fair price. We wanted a lightly used Impala, with very specific options and color. We found TWO in the entire country: Jimmy Britt had one with only 4,500 miles and barely 6 months old taken back in as trade. The other dealership had one that was $5,000 higher in cost, and 15K miles on it. It was a no-brainer which car we wanted to buy. So I emailed Jimmy Britt to find out more about their listing. Brandon was quick to respond to my online inquiry, and since the listing was brand new, there were no photos posted yet. Mr. Welch immediately went out to the car and filmed a complete walkaround inspection, inside and out, and posted it to YouTube so I could see the car. Brandon was super friendly and was able to communicate with us via text messages for quick stuff, and phone calls when we were ready to actually start talking numbers and working the deal. I don't think I actually talked to him on the phone until we were ready to do decide if they were shipping it or if we were driving to get it. Financing took all of 5 minutes on our part. A quick online application consisting of about 4 questions, and then texting Brandon a copy of insurance card and driver's license. We drove 7 hours to pick up the car the next morning and Brandon was pulling it around from the detail shop as we arrived. A very quick in and out to handle the paperwork and we were back on the road to drive back home. The exact car we wanted. A fair price. A friendly salesperson with zero pressure sales tactics. A friendly finance manager who didn't try to push us when we declined all the add-on coverage options. I simply could not ask for an easier car buying experience. More

I was greeted like a friend and treated like one also. Justin assigned me to Josh Barr. Justin had created a list of SUVs with navigation. Josh and I went for a test drive and then looked a numerous other SUVs. I decided to buy a 2016 Buick Encore and I LOVE IT!!! I was given an INCREDIBLE deal. Eric Luke and James Schwerdt handled the finance part and warranty part. When I decide to get another new vehicle, I will visit the Parrish Brothers again. Everybody at Jimmy Britt was friendly and helpful. Jimmy Britt greets customers with open arms and treats them like friends. If a customer doesn't leave there happy, it is not because of every effort made by the WONDERFUL dealership. Take the drive - I promise it is worth it!!! More

Making buying a car a pleasant experience! My family has been dealing with this local dealership sense 1955. Jimmy and Britt made our buying experience a pleasant and strait forward experience. My wife is recovering from a recent sickness which has left her weak and on a walker. However she still wanted to see the car we were buying. The entire staff went out of their way to be sure she was comfortable and took better care of her than a nursing staff. They made sure she got to look over the car we bought and assisted her in sitting under the wheel and on the passenger side so she could get a feel for her new ride. After that I took her home and Britt drove out to my house, picked me up and we drove back to the dealership and closed out the purchase. It was a strait forward, "No Hype" business deal with people I consider my friends and neighbors!! I even got a call from Britt just to see if everything was still satisfactory as I was in the process of writing this review. To me, this is the way to buy a car!!! More
