She called me 2 days prior to met me know the vehicle was getting a lot of hits which I knew would. Couldn't make until Thursday and of course gone. But she was ready with several vehicles and we went on test drives only to find out they were marked wrong and were not the trucks that had the bonus cash back. So they had to search but only found a couple. Danielle was very good and was doing everything she could do to find me a truck. We finally found one that was what I was looking for. Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal I found a truck at jimmy Britt after hunting for over a year. I text back and forth with Ben about the truck while on vacation. Unfortunately we couldn't meet with price where I needed to be for my budget and where they had to be with the price. Once I thought I was done with trying to make a deal I got a call the next day from a sales manager who's name I can't remember and he said "heard you weee coming in Monday" I said not that I'm aware of because I couldn't get to where I needed with price speaking with Ben. The sales manager then said oh let me talk to Ben so we can make this happen. Well I never heard from the sales manager again. I wish I could remember his name because I felt like they got my hopes up and left me hanging. When I say we couldn't make a deal we were about $1400.00 away in making deal. I have a budget and I have to stick to it. I was ok with not making the deal until I got that sales manager phone call on Saturday making me feel like the deal was going to happen. I hope this is something that can be learned from for all parties involved. More
