Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal I found a truck at jimmy Britt after hunting for over a year. I text back and forth with Ben about the truck while on vacation. Unfortunately we couldn't meet with price where I needed to be for my budget and where they had to be with the price. Once I thought I was done with trying to make a deal I got a call the next day from a sales manager who's name I can't remember and he said "heard you weee coming in Monday" I said not that I'm aware of because I couldn't get to where I needed with price speaking with Ben. The sales manager then said oh let me talk to Ben so we can make this happen. Well I never heard from the sales manager again. I wish I could remember his name because I felt like they got my hopes up and left me hanging. When I say we couldn't make a deal we were about $1400.00 away in making deal. I have a budget and I have to stick to it. I was ok with not making the deal until I got that sales manager phone call on Saturday making me feel like the deal was going to happen. I hope this is something that can be learned from for all parties involved. More
