Britt provided me with extra pictures and info about the car before I flew down, and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. I flew in to Atlanta, and they sent someone to pick me up from the airport (which was greatly appreciated, since it's over an hour away). Brandon also gave me a walkthrough of the car while I was waiting for some details to be finalized. The actual signing of the paperwork took a little longer than I expected, but this wasn't an issue since they were trying to (and succeeded in) beating my bank's already low financing rate, which was an unexpected surprise. As I mentioned before, this was a great experience - the car is amazing, and the price was too good to pass up. If you choose to buy a car from them, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again! More

Extremely pleasant sales personnel to deal with!!! I had two cars to trade. One 9 year old Acadia with high mileage, and one Buick LaCrosse 8 years old with low mileage. I might add that both cars served us well, but one was too big and the other too small.. I knew I wanted the GMC Terrain but 1st it had to qualify. #1 large enough for a wheelchair and #2 the passenger seat had to be the correct highth for my husband. #3 and of course my husband had to agree with me that it was the right car for us. We chose the Denali as the passenger seat has the same select seat buttons as the drivers seat. So far, we have made the right decision. Thank you Jimmy Britt and General Motors for fine cars and service. More

I was not sure which vehicle I wanted in the SUV world and my sales person Elker Perez let me drag him all over the lot for hours making my decision. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I left the lot with a 2016 Chevy Traverse and am enjoying my ride, still a Chevy girl! More
