Looking for a place to share what a wonderful business this is. My daughter in law became stuck on the interstate late afternoon on July 12,2023. I was helpless because we were over 2 hours away. I called this is. My daughter in law became stuck on the interstate late afternoon on July 12,2023. I was helpless because we were over 2 hours away. I called the receptionist and she very kindly connected me with the service department. Mark assured me that he or someone in service would look at her car. It was hot, and late in the day. Even though she drove a different kind of car, they were so very sweet to her. They even took her and her dog to a local hotel. As a mom, it is so unsettling to know that your children are so far away and you can’t help them, but Mark and the team at Jimmy Britt care about people and it shows in their business and the way they love their lives in things that don’t really benefit them at all.
