After calling several dealerships within a hundred miles of my house, looking for a GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali, I found one on the Jimmy Britt website. I spoke with Ryan and he said he'd shoot me a link to a of my house, looking for a GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali, I found one on the Jimmy Britt website. Instead, I received a link to a video that Ryan shot specifically for me, and addressing me by name in the video. Every other dealership that I called seemed rather ho-hum about selling me a truck. Ryan and the folks at Jimmy Britt went out of their way to make sure I knew they wanted my business. From the initial video to the test drive to the financing (GM actually beat the rate I was given by USAA), I had no doubt in my mind that Jimmy Britt wanted my business. They had to order the tonneau cover for the bed and, when I returned to have it installed, the service department was great as well. More
