Poor Business Practices I had an awful experience with Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I initially came from Atlanta to test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Everything was I had an awful experience with Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I initially came from Atlanta to test drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Everything was fine, and the vehicle was great. I didn't purchase the vehicle at that time, but we agreed upon a price, and I decided to come back. As I drove a good distance to get to Jimmy Britt and took off work, they decided to go up on the price from the original offer price online because "The manager originally underpriced the car since it was a CPO vehicle." Yes, this is something that was frustrating, but I really liked the vehicle and committed to purchasing it as I had been looking for a while and was on a time crunch to purchase. They stated they would have the vehicle ready for me. The vehicle was dirty and not close to being ready to drive off the lot. It was not clean, it was not detailed at all to drive off the lot. Keep in mind, if I am purchasing a $40,000 car plus, you think it would be clean. I waited for them to clean it which took 2-3 hours. The head cleaning/detail guy that came back to clean it did a great job the 2nd time. I have no complaints about his efforts. I was ready to drive the car off the lot, and in the email from the sales rep, he stated he would have the car filled up with gas and ready to drive off the lot. The cars tank was about half full. Now keep in mind, if you are purchasing a $40,000+ car, you think they would at minimum do the courtesy of having it full with gas, especially after they promised they would do that initially. When I called the sales rep out for the car not being full, he proceeded to say he was only allowed to put "X" amount of dollars into filling it up. Completely going against what he had written in an email. At this point, I was just ready to drive the car off the lot and get out of there. The TV in the back of the car should come with headphones that hook up. He said he would go in and grab the headphones that come with the car. He came back out saying he couldn't find them, and he attempted to give me a pair of headphones that were falling apart. I was done with the way they handled there unethical business practices, so I finally drove the car off the lot. This is the part that really ticked me off. Everything we inspected looked fine in the car until about 3 weeks in, when my passenger seat cover started deteriorating. I didn't know what it was from as I've never seen leather deteriorate on a seat like that before. I took it in to a dealership in Atlanta that stated it wasn't covered in my warranty. I called Jimmy Britt Chevrolet who stated they couldn't do anything about covering the cost of fixing, or fixing it themselves. After the GMC Dealership fixed it in Atlanta, and $500 later, they stated some sort of chemical must have been spilled on the seat which ate through all the way to the actuall seat, through the cover. They stated the previous dealership covered it up with a spray/coating. That spray/coating was a temporary fix for them to sell it and get it off there lot. The unethical business practices by Jimmy Britt Chevrolet is astounding. I wouldn't recommend Jimmy Britt Chevrolet to someone looking to buy a used 1980's vehicle with 200k miles on it. If you decide to purchase or even go to Jimmy Britt Chevrolet to look at a vehicle, I would be very careful of there deceptive business practices. It's mind opening how shady this company is, and can be. More

Very good customer service. Easy to deal with. Si Freeman was my sells person and he did a great job. We were able to come together and make a deal. I will definitely do business there again. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had been considering trading for a new truck for quite a while. My wife and I stopped by Jimmy Britt Chevrolet on a Thursday afternoon and was greet I had been considering trading for a new truck for quite a while. My wife and I stopped by Jimmy Britt Chevrolet on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted right away by Fabian. Fabian was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I asked about. Fabian introduced us to some of the other sales staff and answered all of our questions. After considering my options over the weekend I purchased a new GMC Sierra Denali on the following Tuesday. This makes the fourth new vehicle that my family has purchased from this dealership over the past 15 years. I highly recommend Jimmy Britt Chevrolet and especially recommend dealing with Fabian as your sales person. More

I Drove Over 100 miles with my Emergency Flashers My car's check engine light came on literally the day before I came to the dealership. I had already gotten a loan approval the day before that and knew what car I was going to look at, but the check engine light coming on was just further justification for the move after having owned my car 9 years. Fabian is a good dude. He didn't take advantage of the situation I was in. He was very fair and professional and did everything he could to justify my 100 mile trip from Acworth, Ga to see him and accommodate me to get me back on the road with a smile. Kudos to the Jimmy Britt dealership and definitely Fabian for making me feel accomplished at my weekend goal of getting a vehicle I can appreciate for many years to come. My 9 year old daughter loved the Ford Flex when I pulled up to see her, and we immediately took a quick spin as I turned up the volume on her Disney CD and we jammed out.
