Good Service I won't lie I despise going to dealerships because I always feel like I'm about to hear a bunch of obnoxious sales tactics. However, after driving 2.5 I won't lie I despise going to dealerships because I always feel like I'm about to hear a bunch of obnoxious sales tactics. However, after driving 2.5 hours one way to look at a vehicle, we felt with a friendly, young salesman named Elker who was very kind and didn't make us feel super pressured like at most places. The staff all seemed like normal hard working guys with families instead of skeezy men ready to bounce on anyone who walked in to sell them something. Which sounds funny, but it's true. Every staff member we dealt with was down to earth and friendly and made the annoying process of buying a car much less annoying ;) lol They did good and we would drive there for a good deal again! 2017 tundra I bought my truck through sales rep Febian Glave. When I first inquired about this truck and called the dealership ( JImmy Britt Chevrolet ), I spoke I bought my truck through sales rep Febian Glave. When I first inquired about this truck and called the dealership ( JImmy Britt Chevrolet ), I spoke with Fabian and he took the time to make me a custom video of my truck showing each and every detail I asked about, as well as many that I didn’t ask about. That video was a nice custom touch which allowed me to show my friends and family this truck before making my final decision. The people at jimmy britt are very nice and accommodating through the entire “truck buying experience”. The finance manager Nathan offered me an extended warranty, but was not pushy whatsoever when I declined. He too, like Fabian has exceptional customer service skills. The sales manager Brandon moved on the price some to help me with my decision and that was appreciated. It was a pleasant experience overall dealing with Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. More
