Service I had to wait longer than normal and no one came and told me how long it was going to take. Every time I have come in for service they tell me how lon I had to wait longer than normal and no one came and told me how long it was going to take. My car was delivered to me with water all over it and the cloth floor mats in front had not been vacuumed (the mats in back didn't need to be vacuumed). More

Amazing after hour help with a flat tire I had a great experience with the service at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I am not from the area, but I got a flat tire a couple miles from their shop. When I had a great experience with the service at Jimmy Britt Chevrolet. I am not from the area, but I got a flat tire a couple miles from their shop. When I got there it was after business hours, so no one was there to repair the tire, but there were some people in their offices finishing up some end of the month paperwork. They agreed to help although their resources were limited at that time, and put fix a flat and air in my tire. To be sure it was safe, they had me drive around for 10 minutes, after which they rechecked my tire and eventually ended up having to put the spare on for me. I was overwhelmed with gratitude toward their kindness and willingness to work beyond their hours and without pay. If you are anywhere close to this dealer, I'd say it's worth a drive to work with such trustworthy and kind people! More
