When I called on Monday you told your co worker to tell me you were waiting on parts ( phone call on Thursday or Friday was expected) . Overall okay. Had to fight however. Overall 90 percent happy with the car I purchased. However had to fight back and forth on financing the interest rate I wanted. Staff was very accommodating I walked in the dealership in a frenzy because my old car would not start. I had found the jeep I wanted on the website the night before and had my p I walked in the dealership in a frenzy because my old car would not start. I had found the jeep I wanted on the website the night before and had my pre approval done already. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, and the staff was accommodating to my every need. My daughter was entertained by the staff while I signed paperwork and was able to test drive the car. Ethan sold me the car and he is excellent with children.
