Communication is NOT key here! Took my car to get appraised here on a Friday morning and due to a power outrage they could not finish the appraisal at that moment. Was told they would call me later that afternoon to discuss the results, but didn't hear from ANYONE until that next Thursday! This was even after I called and text the person who was helping me in between that time, with no response back. Crazy thing is, even though this guy didn't respond to my texts or calls, I still get an email from him and the VP, saying "its been a while since we heard from you....". Like, xxx?!?! I then responded to the VPs email asking for information regarding my car, and even HE didn't respond back to me! Then some other dude that I hadn't even talked to once calls me to do a courtesy check. I tell him that I brought my car in to get appraised on a Friday and hadn't heard from anyone about it yet (this was the following Tuesday btw!) He then says "oh well when can you bring the car in so that we can take a look at it for you?" Dude, seriously?!? I just told you I had already brought it in last Friday and had yet to hear from anyone about it!! What does he say after that, "oh I'm sorry, ok have a nice day" Not "oh let me check into that for you". Smdh these guys are ridiculous. I do NOT recommend!! More

There is a dealer about 10 min from my house, which They were quick to get my vehicle in and repaired over a weekend. Courteous and easy to work with. Bunnie was great! Service was just okay I was extremely pleased with my interactions with Bunnie. She was very helpful and friendly. However, my appointment was at 8:00 AM and I arrived on time. I didn't leave there until 10:00 AM. I did opt to get the complimentary wash, but I had already been there an hour and a half for the oil change. I bought my car in 2017. The first several services I had were completed much faster. I thought making the first appointment of the day would keep me from sitting there so long so I was rather disappointed that I wasn't out of there sooner. More
engine light on/ still on Engine light on when I came in. They diagnosed it to be O2 sensors. They worked on it and charged $450 and engine light is still on. They looked at it 2 more times and now say that it is 2 other O 2 sensors that must have stopped working after they fixed the first 2 before I made it home. So it will cost me another $450. It wasn’t the customer service that was a problem it’s just not fixed. More
