Hello Mr. Howell - It is our goal to have a loaner available for all warranty work and extended maintenance visits when customers visit our service department, though there are rare occasions where we do not have any available. I'd love to understand more about the service agreement you mentioned as we don't offer any service agreements that guarantee an available loaner, though depending which would purchased, you absolutely may be entitled to rental reimbursement. If someone indicated otherwise to you, that is unacceptable on our part, as we try to be fully transparent. At all times we keep many loaners in rotation, and sincerely apologize if you arrived at the odd time when we had none.
