I still havent got the right tire after 8 months and two trips at an hour and 20 minutes one way...The way things are going I would not, at this time recommend this service center. I still have a black letter tire and a white letter tire on same side of truck they wanted to keep my truck and I wouldnt leave it saying they would have the tire in the next day...it is now three weeks later with no word from service dept...this is unacceptable. I have taken my Grand Cherokee in for 3 services .. 2 of them Ms Teresa from Statesboro handled me she knows her job and keeps the maintenance dept running and in line! She continued to check on everyone waiting even ones she wasn’t tied to, answered questions and followed up in a timely manner! She truly goes above and beyond! The service department has been awful the last two times we have dealt with them. I bought a 2022 Wagoneer last year, and the first time I took it in for an oil change and service, my car was detailed insid we have dealt with them. I bought a 2022 Wagoneer last year, and the first time I took it in for an oil change and service, my car was detailed inside and out. The same thing happened for the second service; however, when I got my car back the second time, one of the plastic pieces behind my door handle was pushed out - all they had to do was push it back in. The third time I went for a service change, my car was not detailed at all. We called to ask why, and they said they ran out of time due to my late appointment. This was absolutely false. I showed up early for my appointment time, which I told them, and then they asked me to bring in my car so that I could detail it and address recalls on my car. I said okay, but I will need a car that day due to my work schedule and not knowing how long they would need it. I show up a second time for this and when I get there the service department has no idea why I am there and can't understand why I need a loner car. After waiting a long time and having the nice salesperson who sold me my Wagoneer step in to help, I finally left. THEN ... that afternoon they called me and said the car was finished, so when I got there I was beyond angry to find that the car had only been sprayed down with water on the outside and the inside was NOT EVEN TOUCHED! Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here especially if this is how they treat their customers. More
