We got there after service hours but the manager, Gerry, was still there and checked our vehicle in and stayed with us until we had plans in place for the night. While the next day was a busy one for the service department, they found the part needed, worked us in, sent someone to pick us up from the hotel, and had us on our way that evening. We have had no problems with the starter or our vehicle since. More

Vehicle Service I was disappointed with this last service due to the length of time it took to be completed! Apparently, the person I dealt with named Tyler became il I was disappointed with this last service due to the length of time it took to be completed! Apparently, the person I dealt with named Tyler became ill and my problem is that no follow-up call was made to me as to the status of my service! I called a day after my car was supposed to be ready only to find out one of the parts ordered was defective and had to to be reordered! I had to have my car as I had to drive to Savannah for a doctor's appointment. I am grateful that I was provided one of your cars to make it to that appointment! I am only writing to ask that follow-up call be made when service will be delayed! I as your customer require a call when something has occurred to delay when my car will not be available when originally promised, even if the person I have dealt with, in this case, Tyler, is I'll, someone should have called me to advise me of the status!!!
