The engine light came on for the final time and decided to get rid of it for something more reliable. I stilled owed on Mini Cooper, so I thought this was going to be a huge headache to deal with. The employees did a great job and talking me through various options and valued my input as to what I was looking for and what I was able to handle. There was no pressure from them and they were honest and very through with me. After all was said and done, I got a nice Camry with Toyota Care Service Plan and the thought of having to pay on a car I no longer owned was taken care of. I couldn't be happier and it's thanks to the effort that the Jimmy Vasser staff put forth. More

Robert Avina quickly checked me in for my service visit when the other two lines had been long and busy for some time. He passed on a message from me to Chris in the Sales Dept explaining that I was going when the other two lines had been long and busy for some time.
