My experience at basil chevrolet was for a 3,000 mile service on my new silverado. I have never had a free oil & lube job done to any of my vehicles. The service rep. was great. Even so was the help that I received from Mr. Jim Basil himself. After finding out that my wife's car would not pass inspection, Mr. Basil took it upon himself to make sure that received from Mr. Jim Basil himself. Brought in my 87 Corvette for a noise problem and starting problem. Problem was evaluated in a day and all explantion was given on what the problem was. Parts where orderd and in a few days parts where in and car repaired much to my satisfaction but they found another serius issue that must have happened someplace else and had a improper fix. Another part needed to be order and 5 days late it was final repaired. Car runs better that it has since i have owened , runs smoother , quieter and more resonsive .
