I scheduled an appt with the service dept to have Takata airbag recall fixed on my Escalade & I requested a loaner vehicle. Showed up for my appt (9-6-23). I was pleasantly surprised that they put me in a brand new 23 Cadillac CTS loaner vehicle. (Well played Joe Bullard Cadillac, now I want a brand new Cadillac! 😉😍). They fixed the recall & did a full safety check. They let me know what they found. Pickup (& loaner car drop off) was quick & easy. Took the car in for first scheduled service. Setting up appointment online was easy and painless. I arrived more than 30 minutes early but they were able to take the car and begin immediately.
