Once I saw the list I was floored considering a few of the items were done just before taking it in for service. I wondered how the tech came to his conclusions. I expressed my concerns to the employee in service before leaving. I am still going to use Joe Bullard for service but will definitely pay close attention to what is recommended for my Cadillac.
