i came to Joe Bullard Cadillac because I was looking to replace my son's vehicle, and he had seen online that there was a Ford Mustang available, When I arrived, i was promptly greeted and the sales person replace my son's vehicle, and he had seen online that there was a Ford Mustang available, When I arrived, i was promptly greeted and the sales person Mr. Robinson located the car, and allowed me to look over the vehicle and the take for test drive, he did not pressure me in anyway about making the purchase, he answered my questions, then we proceeded to appriase my trade in, that process was not like some in the past, i was made an offer we discussed, and ultimately came to a reasonable offer without the continued back and forth. During this process i was introduced to Mr. Jackson, he was helpful and listened to what I had to say as well, once we completed this, I met with Mr. McCartney, in financing, he was professional, and fully explained my financing options, did not try to slam me into some High rate deal, he assisted me in deciding on an extended warranty for the vehicle as well, I have purchased many cars in my life, and this experience does rank up at the top of what i have dealt with. Best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! You can tell they are in a class of their own when you walk in the door. The salesman that we had the pleasure of dealing with was Richard Bor had! You can tell they are in a class of their own when you walk in the door. The salesman that we had the pleasure of dealing with was Richard Borden ( who by chance was in on his day off! ). He knew we were in a hurry and he did everything possible to get us the car we wanted, at the price we wanted and as quickly as he could! He was such a gentleman and just seemed to be a great guy in general! We never felt any pressure from him only kindness and genuine interest in helping us make a good decision. We can also only say good things about Mr. Harris, the Sales Manager and Mr. Nassar, the Finance Manager. Both of these men were very professional yet personable and got the deal done. During our negotiating time we were pleasantly surprised to meet and visit with the General Manager, Mr. Ty Bullard. He is a very impressive young man with a great smile and a charming personality. I have to say that for people who were just there to buy a used car that was six years old we were treated like we were spending millions of dollars. Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and something pleasant to say. It was not your normal "car buying" experience and that is why I took the time to write this review. The experience continues with Mr. Rich Borden, who went above and beyond to put my wife and I in the best used car on the lot in our price range. Mr. Borden came in on his off day to work on getting us financed, he called several times to update me on the status. I gave Mr. Borden a target monthly payment, and we were approved for almost seventy dollars less than what I expected monthly.
