I have been car shopping for a month and was growing tired of not being able to find the "right car". A friend of mine's co-worker stopped by Joe Bullard for an oil change and talked with Ben Jackson (m tired of not being able to find the "right car". A friend of mine's co-worker stopped by Joe Bullard for an oil change and talked with Ben Jackson (manager) about my difficulties of finding a car. Ben did not hestiate in giving me a call and offering his services. He asked me about my likes, dislikes, and wants. I wasn't looking for a new Cadillac. My car of choice was a used Chevy Impala. It wasn't long before Ben called me back, letting me know he found a car with ALL my likes and wants, while staying in my price range. I will mention this car was in TX, and they had no problem getting it for me. Once the car was delivered to Joe Bullard, Curtis Williams (salesman) handled the rest. He kept in contact with me while waiting on the car to arrive, and was willing to stay past closing til I could get off work. Ben and Curtis welcomed me when I arrived at the dealership. Giving me that Great Custmer Service experience. Once The test drive was over I knew I wanted the car. Curtis and Richard made the financing part easy and stress free. I really enjoyed my over all experience. I felt they did not treat me any different than if I was buying a 2014 Cadillac. I definitely would go back. More

Hadn't purchased a vehicle from a dealership in over 15 years, and the last experience was an ordeal. I have made several inquiries here and there at dealerships over the years, but have not felt comfor 15 years, and the last experience was an ordeal. I have made several inquiries here and there at dealerships over the years, but have not felt comfortable at all to go any further. My wife has purchased a couple of vehicles from eastern shore dealerships and had good luck, but when I went, I got treated completely different. I wasn't really looking to purchase a car when I happened to drive by Joe Bullard and saw the Dodge Challenger. Went home, and went to their website, and saw the details and price, but still wanted some info, preferably before I stepped foot in the dealership, and started the "ordeal". I emailed Anna, and inquired into the possibility of trading in my vehicle towards the price of the Challenger. Got a response by both email, and a phone call from Anna, and she was able to give me a "ballpark" value on my trade-in over the phone. The next day when I got to the dealership, Rich Borden, was waiting for me with the Challenger ready to go. Test drove the car with Rich, and left my vehicle to be appraised in-depth, and was allowed to take the Challenger home to show my wife. By the time I got back, Rich presented the price of the Challenger, and the trade-in offer on my vehicle. The deal wasn't quite where I felt it needed to be, and Rich asked me to make an offer, which he presented to the sales mgr. They came back with a counter offer right in the middle and I accepted. I'm 55 years old, and my experience at Joe Bullard Cadillac was the best one I could ever hope for! And as a bonus, they were able to finance the difference between the vehicles for an interest rate that was lower than my credit union had offered me!!! Thank you Rich, Anna, and Richard Nassar!! I haven't stopped bragging to people as they come up and admire my new ride. Thank you Joe Bullard Cadillac!!!! More
