I brought in my Saturn because the car would not turn off, nor could I get the key out. The original quoted fix time was less than what it actually turned out to be, but they kept me updated. Heather was pleasant and professional, though I (admittedly) was not as pleasant as I should have been. Overall, the car was fixed, cleaned, and returned to me within 6 hours. Well done. More
