I brought in my Saturn because the car would not turn off, nor could I get the key out. The original quoted fix time was less than what it actually turned out to be, but they kept me updated. Dean wound up getting GM to foot some of the bill since it is a known manufacturing problem, which was excellent! Heather was pleasant and professional, though I (admittedly) was not as pleasant as I should have been. Overall, the car was fixed, cleaned, and returned to me within 6 hours. Well done. More

I have known Allen Williams for most of my life so it was a no-brainer to come to him to make my first vehicle purchase. I did my research online & then gave him a call. My experience at Joe Bullard was exceptional. My salesperson (Andrew Speight) took the time to test drive as many vehicles with me as I wanted and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered with no pressure. Unlike most car dealerships, I felt a since of honesty and trust with both my salesperson and the manager in trying to find me the car I was seeking for the right price. Why aren't other dealers along the Central Gulf Coast this good? Because they are not Bullard Cadillac. What would make it even better would be if Dean were a Crimson Tide fan.
