Ty and Roosevelt were outstanding. Ty made the purchasing experience pleasent and fast. Allowed me to drive the train. I felt like I was allowed to pay what I considered to be a fair price. Took the time to explain the SRX features and did a wonderful job demonstrating each of them. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door so he could move on to his next deal. After his demos, my wife felt very comfortable behind the controls of her new SRX and there was no hesitation knwoing she had to drive it back to our home (2 hrs away). I don't remember the names of all the individuals I met but, each one of them was very professional and helpful. I felt like they really appreciated my business and treated my wife and I in a professional manner. The kind of people you would stop by to see at the dealership just to say hello. I would recommend to friends/family that they give Joe Bullard dealership an opportunity to sell them a vehicle. However, one thing I don't care for is asking me for a review and tell me if it doesn't match the "why" it will not be accepted. If you are the judge and jury of what an acceptable "reason for rating is", don't use it. I may think it's clear and does match my ratings. What would motivate me to fill out a survey after reading that it may or may not be accepted? My opinion should be considered no matter what I decide to say. Afterall, I have to/forced write at least 25 words, they should count. Sounds like pressure and one of the reasons I chose Ty and the Joe Bullard family is they didn't apply any. Ty and Roosevelt spent enough time with me to know how I feel/what I mean. Thanks again to Ty, Roosevelt, and the entire team at Joe Bullard. PS Does this pass the rating/why test? More

I wish I could remember the "voices" I spoke with also! I have been so satisfied with the quality of service that we have received from Joe Bullard that I have never hesitated to tell people abo with also! I have been so satisfied with the quality of service that we have received from Joe Bullard that I have never hesitated to tell people about it. We have an old, 1990, Mitsubishi Montero. We bought it used and it had been through "a lot" to put it mildly. Yet, it rode so smooth we decided it was worth putting a little work into it. We started off at Joe Bullard and from the first visit we decided that would be the place to stay. This car has over 240,000 miles on it and it still, thanks to the service at Joe Bullard, sounds and rides like a new one. Has it been expensive? It hasn't been cheap but thinking about the age and what it's been through, I believe that the overall costs have been extremely fair. The quality of the workmanship is well worth it. We've never had to come back after work was done because something was still "not right". There won't be any problem coming back in the future for preventative maintenance, or any other work we may need done. More

Today I went looking for a Cadillac at Joe Bullard. The salesman) Curtis Williams came to help me, I explained to me C.Williams what I was looking for Mr.Williams showed me what was on the lot. I stated that I didn't like the color , and I'll just keep looking around . Then Mr.Williams said hold on for a few , and went and spoke with another coworker named Mr.Richard Nassar and low and behold Mr. Williams left and came back with a 07 Cadillac. That's what I call going above and beyond. Thanks to Mr.Williams and Mr.Nassar for and outstanding job. This is what u call a team that is and will go to the extreme for you they are Extraordinary. My 2010 DTS Cadillac overheated while driving through Mobile, Ala. on my way to a meeting in Destin, Florida. It was nearly dark, I was afraid to drive further and stopped at the nearest motel. The next morning I drove to the dealership to have the car checked. I dealt with Dean Hauge, one of the service representatives. The radiator had a leak and had to be replaced. Mr. Hauge arranged for a rental car. He and the cashier who I dealt with, Heather Rojas, could not have been more courteous and professional.
