From time of arrival, to completion of service 3 1/2 hrs later, everyone was courteous. Even the staff that were passing through the waiting area had a smile and cheery hello, how are you? Its' simple, I make the drive because of the people, the skill and the attitude seen consistently at Joe Bullard. It is something I have come to expect out of a service center. Otherwise, all you can expect, and all you will receive from a dealership are the objects needed to maintain a car. And that prospect is too clinical for me. More

Joe Bullard is where you want to shop for your next vehicle. The staff was very helpful and professional. The information available on the internet was the best and easiest I found online. Mr. Roosevelt Harris did an outstanding job and took care of me and my wife from the moment we stepped on the lot until I drove my 2006 DTS home for keeps. Leann from their online service actually emailed me while I was there to make sure I had all the information on the vehicles I requested. Mr. Nasser made financing a breeze and all in all the other dealerships in our area are going to have to step up their game to keep up with these guys. Outstanding service Great price and Highly recommended! More

I have been to this dealership in the past for service related issues. The service team has always been helpful and friendly - especially the brunette that works as the cashier at service. I was on the related issues. The service team has always been helpful and friendly - especially the brunette that works as the cashier at service. I was on the other side of business this visit looking for a new vehicle. I called David and gave him some information on my vehicle, which new vehicle I was interested in and the amount I wanted to have my payment before I stepped on the lot. If the purchase couldn't fit in these paramenters, I would not be able to purchase at this time. David called me back promptly with 2 options for me. I headed to the dealership and purchased the vehicle I wanted! I must say - the paperwork takes a long time and David probably owes me a lunch! LOL Mr. Nasser was very helpful and informative as we discussed financing options. Before I walked out the door to my new SRX, I was introduced to Ty Bullard. Ty was very friendly and thanked me for doing business with Bullard Cadillac. He also told me that he was available to me should I have any questions. This was a nice final touch to an exciting day! More
