Not Truthful The car pictured on their internet site was NOT the car available when we arrived at the dealership. I called and spoke with the sales manager and we made the deal over the phone. We were to pick up the car that afternoon. It was an hour and a half drive. The car was not clean. They sent a guy out with a spray bottle instead of washing it. Next, one of the valve caps on a tire was green. The other three were silver as they should be. They said they didn't know why. I still suspect that the car had wheel damage they wouldn't disclose. Next, the car came with parts to be dealer installed. They are still in the trunk. Next the door sill plate that lights up and says Camaro was broken. When I got home I checked the tire pressures. They were all low and one was almost 10 lbs low. Additionally it was a half quart low on oil. When we took possession the finance manager told the salesman to order a front license plate bracket since we live in Ohio. It was not ordered. The finance manager gave me the runaround for a month and a half on these parts telling me to check with him next week. I still don't have them and I've had to file a complaint with Chevrolet. I've bought approximately 15 new GM cars in my lifetime. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had. More

Service center is very slow I have been sitting in the service center now for 1 hour and 40 minutes..for an oil change. This is a free oil change per the purchase contract so the I have been sitting in the service center now for 1 hour and 40 minutes..for an oil change. One hour ago they came and told me that they need $80 for an alignment. I wasn't expecting that so I declined at this time. They obviously were with my car then but still I sit. More

When I reached the dealership I was greeted by Warren and quickly introduced to my sales rep, Zack. Zack asked my needs and proceeded to show me vehicles that met those needs. Quality & Consistency A week ago I made my service appointment on line. I had planned a short vacation (7hr drive one way) & planned to return the day prior to my appoi A week ago I made my service appointment on line. I had planned a short vacation (7hr drive one way) & planned to return the day prior to my appointment. I knew that by the end of my trip my car would be due to be serviced. I arrived on the day & time I planned on. I had hoped he only thing needed would be the planned oil change & tire rotation. I was aware that in the not too distant future I would need to replace the original tires that were now 3yr old. Shortly after arriving Mr. Kordusky informed me that the tires were significantly worn & one had developed a " balloon" in the side wall. At that point all I could think was how that "balloon" in the side wall of one of my tires could easily have blown while I was on my trip. I agreed with the option presented for replacing the 4 tires, having them balanced, & having an alignment done. As with previous experiences at the Service Department at Joe Holland, once again I feel as though I was kept informed & involved in the process. Once again I was not made to feel rushed into making a decision. As in the past, the work on my vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. I left feeling comfortable I made the right decision & my car was "sea worthy" & safe! More
