Great, I'm glad that you recognize gold when you see it. Good talent is hard to come by, therefore I would do everything within in my power to see that it is retained. That includes granting authority for service personnel to extend discount considerations etc. to keep the customers happy and coming back as well. Happy customers & supported service personnel make for a productive collaboration.
