I needed my oil changed. Machens has been doing the oil changes since the vehicle was new. The "upsells" are getting ridiculous. there are more and more every time I take the vehicle in.....and they're n changes since the vehicle was new. The "upsells" are getting ridiculous. there are more and more every time I take the vehicle in.....and they're not cheap. And the wait time for the service to be completed keeps getting longer. My wife usually takes this vehicle in and she's not happy. I'll change oil and do brakes at home. More

Took care of an unscheduled repair issue on the same day as taking it in. I appreciated that effort.
