Very poor communication. Lied to directly by Angie when asked about the status of my vehicle. I would consider the comments to be the result of a misunderstanding if the story wasn't so developed. It was clearly an attempt to justify a failure to action my repairs in a timely manner. Ford Corprate office got involved when my vehicle was in the shop for over a month (2020 Explorer St) and worked out and extended warranty plan free of charge. Really disappointed that Capitol City Ford condones blatant lying to their customers. Also disappointing was the fact that all communication was initiated by me. Never did the service department contact me and provide status updates on my vehicle that was sitting in their shop for over a month. A simple weekly phone call with an update would go a long way. Poor customer service model and poor customer service. More
