I was extremely busy at work and was working with a very limited budget to try and find a trade I loved. The dealership took my offers serious and didn’t waste my time with a ton of haggling or “extra offers”. At the end of the day everything was handled over the phone and Christian delivered my new vehicle to me himself at my house. The finance manager Curt Harrison called me on the phone and worked everything out. We talked about both being veterans and he offered me a discount because the dealership respects those who serve. He wasn’t pushy or rude in the least and got everything squared away for me quickly. The call was like 8 min. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me with my schedule. He swapped the plates for me and the new vehicle had a full tank of gas. We completed the paperwork at my house. Afterwards he stayed in contact with me and made sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied with my new vehicle. I live in Columbia but I’ll only shop with Joe Machens Capital City from here on, and Christian will be the guy I send people to in the future.
