Went to Joe Machens to find my daughter her very first car and Shawn Wagner was outstanding EVERY step of the way through the entire process! Amazing customer service, between getting cars to test drive car and Shawn Wagner was outstanding EVERY step of the way through the entire process! Amazing customer service, between getting cars to test drive that we wanted to answering all of our questions clearly and transparent to making a best deal for his customers! He made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process and never being pushy or pressuring at all! Great personality, and goes out of his way to make his customers happy from start to finish. We went in to meet with him at 11 am and ended up not finishing with everything until after 830 that evening and he stayed the entire time making sure we were getting the best service! He ended up selling us two cars that day because we were very happy with his service and the team at Joe Machens! Highly recommend!!!!!!! My family and I are from Illinois and were contemplating going back to whom we have purchased from in the past because we built trust with them, but we gave Shawn a chance and he ran with it!!!!!
